The room was conjusted with small balcony. There is not even a security to help to park the car and the ambience of the hotel was not like a resort as the name says. The access to pool was like very far we need to walk steep down the hill or use around 300 steps to reach the pool. The pool area was not at all clean and the shower areas was filthy. We couldn't even enter the pool as the water looked very bad and unclean. Very much disappointed with food and stay.

We had booked a Jaccuzzi Villa at Wolkenberg for 2 nights but the Jaccuzzi was not getting heated up and was kind of a disappointment for the kids. Food had limited options and we were constantly told that the head chef was not available. We had booked a tariff which included both bf and dinner. Also the dinner starts only at 8pm which is a let down for people who eat early dinner . The staff was very cordial and helpful. Location wise it was very good but felt it was not worth the money.

The Property is best to stay in munnar.Only thing is we have to walk a lot to access all amenities. Food is awesome and chef are there to hear our needs and prepare food accrdingly. We have 1.5 yr old boy they give food accrding to our needs.

It was lovely experience for Us . I booked bathtub room but there some issue with hotel end but they gave me zaccuzi room❤️. Staffs are so polite and they are always smiling. Gokul who is our contact person very sweet person he is . The dishes are soo testy. They make candle light dinner for us. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special
