I cannot get hot water on the morning.I asked about it reception but nobody takes action immediately.

It was a great experience, In munnar it is difficult to find a hotel with such facilities like in house restaurant, ample parking space and spacious rooms. The staffs were also very friendly. The only thing that the hotel lacks is a lift facility, other than that it's all perfect. I had a pleasant stay, check in and check out was very smooth

Hotel is very clean and hygienic. Staff of this hotel is very polite, cooperative and helpful. Food of this hotel is delicious. Location of this hotel is very very very good. Thank you makemy訂房網站 for booking.

Neat and well maintained. But can improve a lot. The lights used inside rooms are all cool white bluish, they should use yellow/warm white lights instead for a better cozy feel - at least the bulbs on sides of the bed. The bathrooms are non smelly and well aerated. Only trouble i had was with some very noisy families making noise in the corridors and interrupting my sleep. The restaurant is not that great and has a low ceiling, food is good.

Not worth for the money paid. Food quality of non veg items requires improvement, staff behaviour were upto mark. Over all rate 5/10. Thank you
