Food is not worth(it is costly but not tasty at all). Room service is very worst. Biased between guests. Property is not a tourist friendly rather it is a personal property since the owner stays there. Will not feel comfortable when the owner is watching/monitoring during the breakfast etc.

It's a beautiful resort with excellent rooms, clean washroom, good pool and very good restaurant. The view from the balcony is amazing. Well maintained lawns. It's worth the price. And pet friendly too. My doggo enjoyed a lot running around in the lawns. Would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at the Pleasant Hill Resort in Munnar with my family for 2 nights. While the resort is described as a 4-star hotel, our experience was somewhat mixed. The room itself was comfortable, but we were surprised to find that it didn't have air conditioning. Although Munnar's climate is generally cool, the lack of AC made the room feel stuffy at night. On the positive side, the resort's location is scenic and the staff were friendly. However, there were some issues with the parking area, which was located separately from the hotel. The parking area was poorly lit and looked more like a construction site than a hotel facility. Overall, our stay was just okay. While the resort has some potential, it falls short of the 4-star experience promised. With some improvements to the rooms and parking area, Pleasant Hill Resort could live up to its full potential.

This good resort for family. They have swimming pool, play area for kids, restaurant, garden, etc. The location is far from Munnar town, so the main attractions are away. Overall experience was good. Breakfast can be better.

Location, property ambience and dealing all are fully satisfied. . But, unfortunately ma wife and son facing food poison now. So i suggest, don't choose sea food from here. Service all are great. Thank you.

The property was excellent and the check in was quick even when we reached late night, the front office executive was so helpful and followed up for dinner arrangements as we were reaching late night. The property has an amazing view and the location is very quiet and pleasant like the resort name. Overall we had an amazing stay at pleasant hill resort.
