The hotel staff were extremely rude in their behavior. The manager deliberately shut down the power supply, leaving us without electricity throughout the night and up until check-out. Additionally, the hotel only accepted cash payments, with no alternative payment options available.

It was really pathetic, i wont suggest this property to anyone else, there is no power backup as there was power failure. Maintenance is not proper, room service is really worst, there is no hotel room phone facility, caretaker wont be available at desk mobile network wont work properly so we depends to landline for reaching caretaker which is not there, they haven’t kept water bottle and towel. Sofa set not at all clean, TV wasn’t working. We lost the complete money.

Its not in Munnar which they should write properly, it was in very remote place almost 25 km from City, rooms are average , you need to order food before 4pm , even they takes from outside, not recommend for family, bachelor can stay,wrongly booked after MMT Gold discount seen, as per me 02 or less star property

I recently had an amazing stay at the wind munnar, and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! from the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the valley and the peaceful ambiance of the resort. The resort is perfectly perched on a cliff, offering stunning panoramic views of the misty hills and lush greenery. If you're looking for a serene getaway in munnar, this is the place to be! would definitely visit again.

I had a fantastic stay at wind munnar resort! the views from the resort were absolutely breathtaking. 3 star property? Are you kidding? We were so disappointed with the property. There was no room service/kitchen service post 10pm. Hot kettle/tea/coffee not provided. How is one supposed to get warm water to drink? Toiletries were not provided. Room hygiene was OK to deal with. And the biggest joke is - FOOD. Don’t provide food, if you can’t hire a decent chef.

The resort owner followed till we reached the resort safely, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and views, food above average, need to do few repair works in rooms

It is not resort it is kind of garbage place . We received by a group of young children and a lady who is the cleaner . Totally it is terrible experience. We did not stayed just left after seeing the room

The location was superb, but the property was not well maintained. For such a price, it could have been better. The cupboards were not in usable condition, the doors were in very bad shape. All the things had a really bad smell, like it was not cleaned from a long time. Only the towels were clean. The food was decent and the staff was nice. It's nowhere close to a 3 star property, and should not charge such hefty amount. 1500 is more than enough, i must say.
