The rooms looked good, but wasn't clean, i could seen accumulated dust all over the place, and for the price we pay washroom is not as fancy or clean, also the food was very bad, in fact my friend got stomach upset on the day we checked out by eating their food for dinner and breakfast, absolutely worst food

I’m very satisfied with spring munnar’s service. It’s great choice for families or for even bachelors. The food was so delicious. Moreover the ambiance around pool was fantastic. Kids enjoyed alot.

Amazing place and location but it is one hour away from munnar so it doesn't enjoy the climate and tea garden ambience of munnar itself but has it's own charm. Rooms are spacious, views are great and we stayed in the green view villa but in room 209 bathroom, you get a really bad unbearable smell from the septic tank. Food service is fast but food itself is not very tasty. Also we were not provided room service in the evening and were only able to order from a very limited buffet menu with only 2 non veg dishes which meant we had no option as it was too late to go out. Would recommend to someone who likes to stay far from a hill station and travel up and down and is willing to eat from outside hotels

Please tell stay at spring munnar, cottages are clean and neat, service also very good, gm mr bijo jecob very nice person, i highly recommend this property for stay, b fast very good food is good. Pleasent stay at spring munnar

It was a worst experience, my first booking is the dulex category, there insufficient room space, not have enough light, then i will upgrade the room to superior, that room also not good, the doors are not getting locked properly, no kettle and tea sachets in the room, it's not properly cleaned, restaurant service is fine, but the food quality is not good, we are faced some problems in the food, walking area is okay ;overall i will not suggest this property they don't have the facility wat they rented,

While booking super package superior rooms are showing more than deluxe room rate, that was the reason i thought we would get more facilities and that mentioned welcome drink, private pool, balcony and more, but nothing was here for me.

It s a good place but 15km long from munnar, bathroom needs improvement, food is costly, good views from cottage, service is too good. Good staff, parking available

The stay was good and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped us with the check in formalities and also suggested good places to visit nearby. Thank u spring muunnar!
