The hotel was not open and appears to be closed or not operational. We went all the way there expecting to check in, only to find that it was unavailable for guests. This was very disappointing and frustrating because we had planned to relax, enjoy our time, and stay at the property. What makes the situation worse is that the hotel is still listed on the booking platform as available. If the property is closed, under renovation, or not accepting guests, this information should be clearly stated to prevent customers from making reservations and wasting their time and money. Because of this, we were left without the accommodation we had booked, which negatively affected our 訂房網站 and spoiled our plans. I strongly recommend that the booking platform and hotel management update the listing immediately and provide accurate information to future guests.
