宣傳啥都有，到了啥都沒有。電視小，空調壞，電話off line，洗澡水壓小的不能再小，健身房不開放，問前台為什麼沒有，前台服務員：“你就訂了一天” 我無語了。進去了15分鐘，12：30 找他們退也不給退，還是訂房網站給力給我返還了一點現金。

The location is fantastic, right next to Palas. The staff in reception were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours before our flight. The room was great: very comfy BIG bed and great facilities (mini-fridge, TV, good room heating, lots of towels, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries). The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness in the shower cabin - the sealant in the shower cabin desperately needed replacing and the shower head and cable need to be cleaned properly (there were noticeable deposits). The water pressure was also pretty low but I think that was because of the cold weather so couldn't really be helped). Other areas of the bathroom and room were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and there was an option to have breakfast in the room, which we took advantage on on our furst day. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a GREAT stay during a stressful 訂房網站 and we would definitely stay there again.
