The hotel offered a fantastic experience with clean and well-maintained rooms, excellent service, and friendly staff. The ambiance was relaxing, and the amenities were top-notch. It was terrible to stay there. No support for anything. No hot water for bath for my entire stay of 4 days. No one is cared about it even after repeated requests. Network is worest nothing works. I won't recommend.

Yes iris is good but this one has some network issues if you entered into room you will lost signals and mainly for water it comes with dust but it is worth for 1300 so i'll be satisfied go this is my overall experience with iris

It was a really wonderful stay experience, the staff is very friendly, respectful and responds to any queries immediately. I am super happy with my 7 day stay at iris at nest.

The rooms are spacious, and the restrooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team is excellent, ensuring the room is tidied up and the bed is made every day. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining options.

The property is a hotel on the first floor and pg hostel above. Rooms are air conditioned, spacious with hot water available. Toilet is average. Complementary drinking water is available. Cupboards available. Asked for hangers, but didn't get it. Inexperienced staff at night. Hotel is good for those looking for comfortable stay at cheaper rates. Good for shorter duration of stay.
