Clean and decent hotel suitable for stays for couples and family centrally located near paradise. Rooms are clean and maintained well and staff very supportive

Worst experience ever. The hotel is having bed bugs inside rooms. I was unable to sleep whole night. I came down to reception and inform them but they ignored then again I found one and bring it down to the reception and showed then they changed my room. Also they’re charging 45 rupees for a 20 rs water bottle it’s even more than double.

Rooms were not good. Food was horrible with very high price. They are not giving complementary breakfast for customers from make my 訂房網站. And overall that hotel doesn't deserve that high price. Very very bad

I have reached early and put a request also for early check in, no response for my message. After reaching, was asking for a rest room for fresh up, it was denied. 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) soap and shampoo kept for 2 people even after multiple reminders also they did not provide. Tv dish didn't work, wifi didn't work. After the complaint also they couldn't rectify. Pathetic experience
