Property is very old. Lift is available, but it is not functioning most of the time. We had to hand carry luggage during check in and check out. Lack of assistance from hotel staff as well. Quality of the hotel is very bad. Not matching with the photos shared in the website. they don't have restaurant. they will get from outside restaurant. not a peaceful stay.

I stayed in the hotel Room 202, power used to go frequently. WiFi connection was very poor. Mobile net work signals very poor. I used to come down to make calls or to used WhatsApp. No cleanliness and TV was not working bcoz of poor signals

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there agai

I have some complaints to this hotel. there is no properly maintained un cleaned staff taken money from me and returned and there is no proper response i have really upset with service. And next time i will not prefer this
