FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND 訂房網站. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also 訂房網站.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that 訂房網站 is a legitimate online company, and when 訂房網站.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by 訂房網站.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of 訂房網站 and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.

This place is sweet! My favorite thing is the breakfast. They have a handmade made-to-order bar for chapati, naan, chai, and just about any kind of Indian bread you can dream of. The sauces and good quality is very high and fresh and well deserving of the 5 stars! My only small complaint (if I must make one) is compare to more developed countries the rooms have a bit of older, woodsy feel that could be renovated. But the service plus the food easily makes this one of the best hotels in all of Hyderabad! I think you should stay here!

It's a beautiful property with all the amenities possible. The hospitality is top notch and staff is very courteous n cooperative. Ms. Ankita made sure that our check-in, stay & check-out was smooth. The room was spacious with a garden *****. The dinner & breakfast spread was lavish and sumptuous. I recommend this resort for sure if anyone is visiting Mashobra as the views are serene & tranquil here. Keep up the good work Regenta Team!!
