They are not providing milk sachet in complementry tea/coffee kit. Reception replied, its not available. I checked in on 10th of apr and booking here will be till 16 apr

The condition of the rooms is horrible, and even the service is not good. The hotel is undergoing construction, and it is making a lot of noise. Therefore, i could not focus on my work during my hotel stay.

Pathetic experience, i have stayed across various hotels right from small, medium to larger and normal to luxury and never faced any sort of issue with them. Accidentally we lost the key card to enter into the hotel and the receptionist charged 1000 rupees for it. Had similar experiences before however none charged at all and also confirmed with a few properties right in front of the receptionist and they said we never charge from the customer as they are hardly 50 rupees or so. The receptionist was not at all helpful and left us with a bad experience overall. I will be never ever using this hotel in the future and as well recommend others as well to not use this hotel.
