Location is fantastic. Very popular and always busy area. Plenty of restaurants to eat. Very affordable prices and far too many options to choose from. The hotel itself is very basic and needs serious refurbishment. Dated variants and Air conditioning is not very strong either. Staff are ok ish, not very professional enough. Lobby area does NOT have air conditioning, which is strange! Overall I would recommend only if you are after location. The hotel is no where closer ton luxury.

I got in at 9:00pm and was waiting 15min to check in. Then they gave a room which was stinking and the AC was not working. I told them the AC was not working and they sent a technician and he said there is some problem with the AC. I asked them to change the room for which they said we don't have rooms. I raised a complaint and checked out at 10:15pm. Now the hotel is not refunding the amount for their mistake. I hardly stayed in the room for 10min only. Such bad is their service. Don't visit this hotel if you are looking for a decent place.
