We were given a room by number 301 in third floor which has windows without glass, went back to the reception,requested for another room and was given 306, , water was leaking in the bathroom, no hot water in the taps, very arrogant behaviour of the person at the reception, it was very hot in the room, no intercom, no towel or soap, bed bugs were there in the room, overall horrible experience

It is very near to Koti bus terminal. Hotel and bus stops are very nearer to this hotel. Genuine room boys. They were not demanded any tips. But the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet is not up to the satisfaction level. It has to be improved. Hot water facility is available. They kept a television without remote in the room where I was stayed. Room and bed cleanliness is good.

Never suggest it to anyone. no clean bathroom. no soaps and shampoo were provided. ac had no working remote total dissatisfaction

Budget friendly hotel. Close to city. Room service was good. Change of bedsheets needs to be done regularly. For a budget it was good.
