Room was clean. Toiletries and water bottles were provided. I faced no water problem as written in other reviews. Overall stay was very good.

poor cleanliness in the room and damp walls all walls of room washroom gate was not working properly there was even power breakout for more than an hour

no safety in the washroom worst and ac is not working and late check in waiting for nearly 15min and after we had completed the time we should checkout on time this is too bad

Room are not so clean. We had a long stay for 3 night and 4 days. They are not cleaning the room on daily basis. They are not giving the toiletries until asked. There is no water in the bathroom in the evening time. You need to ask the front desk and then they started the water pump to fill the water tank. I have not captured any photos of the water issue.

Bed, linens and towels are not meeting standards. Service is pathetic and common areas are really very dirty. Not value for money. Initially, they provided very poor maintained room in top floor. They agreed to change to better one when i confronted them with proof in staying in same hotel with better bed and mattress. You don’t have way to call anyone from room for help.

I recently stayed at this hotel-cum-residency, and while the location was ideal, the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel is well-situated, making it convenient to explore the area, but the cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The bedsheets seemed old, and there were mosquitoes inside the room, which made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom lacked sufficient power, which was another issue. This hotel seems to cater more to long-term residents, giving it a different feel than a regular hotel. While it’s an option if you’re on an extremely tight budget or prefer a private room over a hostel, I would suggest considering paying a little extra for much better accommodation elsewhere.
