Worst experience ever in grand sitara hotel chain. Never gonna stay and recommend sitara lb nagar. Hotel staff said that outside food is allowed but after food arrives hotel staff deny to give plates and spoons for outside food and we asked to give blanket which they took while room cleaning, even after asking 6 times they didn't send a single blanket, reception staff were horrible and housekeeping were too bad but the best part was room service staff was good. Rooms were horrible and filled with bad smell. Room doors got stuck-ed multiple times and have to call housekeeping staff also couldn't open the doors. All prices are high especially food price were too high. Never ever gonna stay in sitara grand lb nagar.

Worst hotel with huge price. Rooms not clean ac water leaking no hot water. Their staff always switch off the geaser from outside

The staff is very ill behaved. Rooms are old and need renovation. AC was not working properly. Water logging in toilet.

Everything was good, nice stay and the main food is too good and Yummy. Room was clean and the staff was decent and quick respond. I would give 4.5 rating for the stay and food. Totally it was a nice experience.
