Staff’s behaviour especially reception person not at all professional. Rooms ambience, cleanliness not up to the mark. Over all not worthy for the charges.

The hotel stay was good. Their rooms are well maintained. I felt the bathrooms need a bit of renovation considering the price of rooms, were clean enough though. The food in the restaurant is also nice. There’s no in room kettle or tea/coffee packs provided, drinking hot water is provided if needed by room service. The staff is welcoming and polite, made our experience nicer.

My visit to hyderabad with my family to attend a function held near vanasthalipuram hyderabad, so chose hotel m grand at vanasthalipuram. Hotel is good location wise, within 45 min drive from airport. Front desk staff are co operative and efficient. Room facilities are good. Room service is good. Food in restaurants is good stay is comfortable.
