Horrible stay very bad smell ,no service,AC was not working.I called service boy several times but no response from them .Its better I go OYO rooms

Hotel maintenance was very bad! Room and bathroom was smelling bad. Tap Water had a foul smell. No ventilation at all.

Stayed for 5 Nights with Family. Hotel has not done a single room cleaning service in these 5 days. They don't even give you filtered water in room. they always insist you to buy packet drinking water. If u book a room with Breakfast it's not less than a nightmare. I have booked room with 2no adults & 2no children. All fare calculated by system itself. but on breakfast counter they told we can only serve 2 adult, there is no provision of children in breakfast. Room has no telephone connection. They have a telephone but wire is not there. I have informed & requested more than 5 to 6 times to do cleaning service of room & bathroom, but they care for nothing. They don't even collect dustbin form room for 5 days. I can't understand how MakeMyTrip is listed such a 3rd grade hotel. Room costs around 3800 to 4000 per days, but it is actually worth 1200 to 1500 per day.

Worst hotel i never visited in my lift ...couldn’t stay for 5 minutes. No proper lights .its look like booth banglow.untidy place .couldn’t even touch the bed also ..horrible place never prefer this place to stay its not safe even.

The hotel is good. The room size is big and there are a lot of spaces. But there are some issues in the room paint and the bathroom smells very bad. The hotel location is very good. They are allowed outside food also. Ok

good stay for the price we paid and easily accessible to the city and our destination comfortably. if they small kitchen for breakfast and all day snacks and beverages would be more comfortable…

It is one of the worst situation i've experienced while my staying. The condition of inside room is very grave and i have to shift in 3rooms i, e 402, 401&303 due to either damaged hanging dangerously of toilet ceiling or non availability of water in toilets. Moreover, overall environment of room is very shabby i. E, full of cockrose/the repaired walls are not made good etc.

Cockroaches found in room washrooms not maintained properly very bad experience asked to change room they didn't reply

Very bad experience, room not good rats are there and lot of insects inside, my bag is rat bite torned. No response to replace it complaint. Breakfast complimentary very bad. Not suggested to stay this hotel

Rooms were not clean, cockroach were there everywhere, limited breakfast, checked out on day 1 without notice. Washroom was stinking. Bedsheets were dirty.
