The Food was awesome and sumptuous, location is perfect, front desk and other staff were very friendly and helpful in all our queries .. overall a very good stay .

First of all it doesn’t look anything like the pictures. I requested early check in and the receptionist on night duty was very rude. The room was very small, no hot water. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Room had a smell of moulds. The walls had paint chipping off all over. We asked for a change of room they didn’t do that too. We asked for extra bed, that too was not provided. But they still charged for extra bed. There were no facilities at all. Such a waste of money.

That receptionist guy was worst behaviour to the guests and too much rules there is no parking and rooms are not spaced.

Cleanliness is really not so expected and i see very stinky smell in the washrooms and the wifi doesn't even support us. Really had a very bad experience

It was very great expeience with Serenity le serene at hyderabad. Excellent hospitality and room cleanliness. Immedite room service attention when ever needed. Front desk is so kind and they provided early check in option. Food was excellent in the restaurent. Breakfast buffet menu was excellent and they provide room service for lunch. The ambience and area the hotel is located is very nice and had a wonderful experience.

Hotel maintenance is good, but rooms are small. Not worth for the tariff charged, it should be low.
