In the room Wi-Fi service very poor and ac water dripping in the room and too much sunlight in the room, no much maintenance. Since the day one we had chicken. We are facing the problem with the internet internet totally dead case.

Don't book this hotel * No water bottles provided * No Coffee maker provided * No TV Remote * Rooms Stink * AC Water drips on floor * When water drops from ac that makes sound you can't sleep * Hotels say ITNA MEI YAHI MILEGA

No intercom, no tea or coffee & any food items to serve you in the room, only coffee and that too cappuccino. worst ever hotel, no improvement since last year. whatever you ask them, the only reply you will get is 'sorry sir we don't have'. I personally don't recommend this hotel.

Location good hotel looks not very attractive rooms very good clean bedrooms also linen staff very good no Resturant of own which is very bad. A private restaurant on ground floor is looting customers. A bottle of mineral water cost Rs 100 plus gst.......

Rooms are not clean. Hotel need renovation. Smell in room. Breakfast is good. Intercom is not working. Hot water not available. Tv not working. Staff is good. Slow air conditioning. Fan not available.

Room was not at all hygienic, i saw cockroach there. Chairs and sofa are so dirty and full of stains. Price is so high but the quality of room is very poor. They put nice pictures on but actual room condition is nightmare.
