The property is located in one of the well connected parts of the city. Facilities provided were up to the mark with spacious rooms, clean linen and well behaved and courteous staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were excellent and added to the overall experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

The location is very good, quiet and hidden from the main road. For an exercise enthusiast there is a jogger's track just across the road. The food especially the complementary breakfast are excellent and above all very hygienic. The staff are well trained and well behaved. As you'd expect, all amenities for this class of hotel are available in this hotel. The facility is neet and tidy.

Hotel needs renovation and maintenance. Furniture is old and not properly maintained. Breakfast spread is good. Staff is polite and courteous. They provide iron and hair dryer only when you ask for it. Not kept in all rooms as mentione. Iron provided was not working properly. Leakage in bathroom sinks leading to the bathroom floor getting wet every time you use it. They had provided mosquito repellent in the room which was good.

Had a very pleasant stay at the ebony boutique hotel. The service and staff behaviour was really appreciable. This hotel is very neat and clean and it’s very close to the l v prasad eye institute. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, and the complimentary breakfast is also fine, only some desert option is missing )

The booking didn't include breakfast and this was not clearly mentioned while booking the room. The hotel manager didn't allow for early check in No floor mat was placed before the washroom so i requested them and then they placed. No brushing kit was placed so i had to ask and get it. Without breakfast the package was too high. Otherwise good location and facility.
