    The location was good and near hitech city. The property was clean and the staff was supportive. Food was alright. Internet was free but not working, so make sure you plan your back up like hotspot etc. Hotel policies are not customer friendly for guest visits. You can meet them at the reception but they won't allow them to the room unless you pay even if it's for a few hours. We had to prep for a business meeting and staff and their gm was adamant. No big hall or a conference room for such meetings.

    Very bad talking of the people No civic sense if possible change the my parents were visiting and had very difficult in staying in room mosquitos were present in room if possible I want my money back

    The hotel overall is alright and unassuming. Hits 1. The suite room is huge with large window panels and priced around 7. 5k/night misses 1. The sofa was extremely old and looks dirty. 2. Staff couldn't issue a second card for the hotel 3. The common washroom on the ground floor was smelly i'd say it is between okay and good for that price

    Room is good though outdated. Towels need to be changed as it is over used and very rough on skin. Breakfast is average, especially if you look for north indian food. In fact north indian breakfast items are pathetic. If you order from its menu for lunch and dinner don't expect much plus price is also very high.

    Poor reception. No one to guide till room. Self carried the luggage till room. Room keys didn't work. Came down again to get room card made again. Awfully smelly room. Even after telling the housekeeping no room freshner provided. No iron and iron stand available for ironing. Very bad experience.

    Good services and food. Also staff are very cooperative and productive. I stayed with my family (kid) and asked food for kid. Every time they supportive and helped us. Room is spacious and clean. We booked suites, it was good.

    Service quality of room is like 20-25 years old. Tariff is almost 1. 5x than its merit. They ask for the charges on toiletries like disposable slippers. Not worth to stay unless one doesn't get anything

    The room was comfortable, clean, Breakfast had same options on all 3 days. Which they could improve. Overall good stay. Staff were always ready to help. They allowed me early check in. I appreciate it.

    The hotel is comfortable. The quality of the food is not maintained, i found foreign elements in food twice, once a mosquito in juice and another time human hair floating on the omlet. Which actually happened twice.
