Firstly what pics and the actual place is different, they are completely tricking people with different pics. Bathroom is slippery as the floors are not washed. AC duc is not clean as there is a typical smell that stays in room. Not recommended really dissapointing

Entertainment sports chancel was not activated, even i have informed several time. Room service staff not kept bath towel, hand wash, body wash & shampoo appears to be same. In entire stay in breakfast they have kept groundnut chutney, instead of coconut & they have mark as coconut chutney, fruits & non veg kept near by.

Cons: I got stuck in the elevator when the power went out in the middle of the night. It was brief and staff were helpful and i got out safely in the end but it was a disturbing experience. I would say just avoid the lift if you can. Also the street outside is very noisy in daytime. Otherwise the room is generally good, good hot water in washroom, and restaurant food and service is decent.

This hotel room is so so. Room service is very poor. Even for drinking water one has to prey. One housekeeping staff demanded extra cash for water. Room cleaning not done by staff on its own, do after repeated requests.

The hotel location is the only plus as it is in the centre of the city. The rooms are highly priced for the facilities or the category of the hotel. The bathrooms and the toilets are terribly smelly. Some of the bathrooms do not have a glass partition and this the water flows on to the entire bathroom floor while bathing. The breakfast is average. The food is exorbitantly high priced and the portion sizes are too small.

They don’t allow swiggy zomato and what if one doesn’t wants to order hotel food?no service was provided, staff was not at all friendly. I asked for cutlery in the room that also they denied.

We were unable to sleep because the bed sheets were not comfortable we could barely sleep it was itchy. Other facilies was okay
