it's a normal range hotel. TV are not working, Ac is not good room are not so clean. over all its a normal range roon

Property location is prime but as compared to fare rooms are very pathetic. Rooms are not as shown on room service is very poor. Commited amenities are absent. Tv is not working. Lights in room are poor and not enough.

Pols avoid these kinds of hotels. The property refused to check in even after having confirmed reservations and payment in advance

They think three adults can fit on a double bed so we payed extra and switched to a room with king bed. This doesn't end here, the bigger room had indian toilet while the smaller one had western. The bathroom itself was extremely dirty, the geyser size is so small we didn't get adequate hot water. For this price i would've gotten much better hotels which are much cleaner. This was a totally horrible experience.

The place stinks and the rooms and corridor are not cleaned. It's a 3rd rated lodge.

Location was good, but the filthy guy at reception is very arrogant and arguing with me at 2am. I had booked for 2 days but this guy was shouting it was just for one day. Fit for short stay but not for over night

Room provided was not the one that was booked, staff behaviour good, bedsheets were not clean even after asked to change didn't change, location okay. No tv, cleanliness poor.

I was in the city just for a day so finding convenient location for hotel was necessary. And hotel dm residency was exactly what i was looking for. It is just 6 minutes away from hyderabad deccan railway station. Best thing is they allowed us an early check in. The stay was decent. Room were clean. It's a good place for a short stay.

They make us waited more than 2 hour at night. Didn't respond calls, called over 8 times very rough behaviour, asked to cancel but not ready to refund money. Room is very unhygienic, bathroom items are mostly broken. Car parking was very hassle.
