房間很差，有很濃的味道，令人噁心、發暈(人工芳香劑)，想要開窗通風，發現窗外小洋台、窗戶玻璃上很多的白色鳥屎。 雖然我的訂單是無法退款的，當發現房間很差時，仍然選擇放棄住宿。另外到別家去住了。

This was a very good, clean, safe hotel. Don't believe all the fake negative reviews written by competing hotels. Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, the staff here are polite and professional. It's a minute walk to the Grand Hotel, use that as your marker to get taxis or rickshaws close. Also the Grand Hotel ( it's a restaurant not a hotel) is an incredible place to eat non veg northern Indian cuisine, it's huge and packed upstairs with local diners all day long.

Very poor service provided by suhail services even not responded properly for minimum issues of warm water and there is no good wifi connection. We felt very bad in first time to choose like this
