Absolutely loved my stay at hotel in nova. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local restaurants, i felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Will definitely be returning on my next 訂房網站.

Not suitable to female solo traveller. It's look like another type hotel. Only mens can stay there. Smell in the room is terrible. Washroom is not clean. Emergency i book that hotel cz in the ad it's look good. Sory not possible cz i didn't take that pics

The room was smelling so bad, i’ve noticed many cockroach’s crawling around, the bed and blanket were not cleaned, maintained very minimal hygiene

The worst service i visited in 3 nights and 4 days, no one changed the bed sheet and no one cleaned, i informed them on the first day ac cooling not working they are checked but issue not resolved last 3 days without ac cooling stay in hotel and geyser also not working. Waste of money for this hotel booking.
