We had a short stay in this hotel. Excellent location in Banjara Hills. Staff are quite helpful - special assistance received from Ms Payal in the reception and Mr Robin in the restaurant. Small things make a difference and this hotel certainly did not disappoint. Price per day is a tad bit on the higher side.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is mall oppositl. At check out, suman handled it quite carelessly when she mentioned that we have not paid for the room and they will charge the card. I had booked thru 訂房網站.com and paid and have a receipt. The card she mentioned was not even ours. After much findings, we realised its a card by 訂房網站.com and not ours. There was no need to mention as we had already paid to 訂房網站.com. We were waiting to get into our vehicle to the airport and caused unnecessary stress. I thought the service at reception could have been better. The service at the cafe was wonderful for breakfast.
