I book room with balcony but they given normal small room and they told room with balcony was sold out and in room AC working is not good room is fill with full or AC water and they didn't help me

It was good for a stay with family and the rooms were very clean and the reception was good but morning they didn't provide any breakfast but they mentioned morning breakfast

I had a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and polite, breakfast was nice with decent options, the location was easy to find, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here.
