Hotel location and ambience is good, even receptionist and staff is good. The person who seats in lobby believed to be owner or close associate with hotel is too rude while i am check in. I got injured and i sm using face mask, I know hotel need to identify the person but shouting loudly and instructing staff to ask me to remove mask in rude tone is not acceptable. Minimum customer service is need to run hospitality business. There is way to inform to remove mask to identify and the receptionist asked me and I have removed it and he saw my injury as well. Very much disappointed with this. Feels so uncomfortable and judging.

Pros: Property maintenance and condition is good and clean. located in convenient location for all companies in hitech city. Cons: Bed wasn't clean enough, but after I mentioned they changed set. Towel they're giving is old and in hard texture can't use it. They need to make sure mat, buckets in the bathroom all in clean condition before handing property.

Room was lean and bed was comfortable. While there are lots of TV channels on the menu card, only a few channels work and none of the HD channels were available. The shower had hot water but the knob was dysfunctional and I did kot bother to complain as I as there only for a day.

The hotel cloud 5 studios is newly built with all amenities. But the team there does not know hoe to manage a hotel. The house keeping is sooo poor. Bed sheets were used and not new. I immediately reported this and they changed me to a new room. The second room also had the same situation. Hairs on the bed etc etc. If they manage this well, this property can be a hot cake.

They don't have a restaurant so no food is available, location is good, they only provide basic amenities. We stayed for 4 days service was ok but the linen provided was not cleaned properly.
