There was no geyser or any provision of hot water. AC and TV were also not working. There was no water in the kitchenette sink. We had to call reception multiple times to get things fixed. It was too expensive to book this place while no basic amenities were provided.

Service is good but the power cut is horrible I have stayed for one night almost 14 times the power cut power happens. Before check-in get the information from hotel management about the power cut issue.

Stay was good and hygienic but no accessible plug points and absolutely no cutlery, for everything we have to call reception

Room is very good well maintained but clearly mentioned that guaranteed late checkout but staff continuously called and forced to checkout at 11:00 am only please don’t mention guaranteed late checkout

*more space than any other 5 star hotels *inside the room fridge, microwave, VRF unit AC, Big 55 inch tv with Netflix Amazon with a good net connection is simply awesome. *bathroom could have been better. more than a 3 star room

The room was excellent, the only flaw that i found is that they have mention king/queen bed but in reality they have just joined two twin bed together which can be really uncomfortable, also the check in was in comparison with other hotels. Otherwise its a brilliant place to stay.

We had great stay at Western Suites. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need for daily use. Plus they have a common washing area with dryer. Each staff from reception to housekeeping everyone was very polite and helpful. Will come back soon :)
