The hotel is very good from all parameters. It is conveniently located right in the centre with railway station and hussain sagar lakes at walkable distance. Paradise, the famous restaurant for hyderabadi biryani is just a km away. The rooms are well spaced and clean. The staff is friendly and service savvy. The complementary breakfast is well menu-ed and serves all tastes. Overall, its a very good hotel.

Room is quite smaller than it appears. Description says lake side view but it was an abandoned building view. It was ok ok experienced as per the cost paid.
