Campus of hotel is good but very poor services,only 2 staff for entire premises,no slippers,no ☕️ no restaurant,room telephone not working,TV through and above all no warm water in the morning in spite of request to management in the night itself .Many fellow guests were complaining poor flushing of toilets.Good infrastructure and great space only required is efficient management.Wishing for improvement of it through your feedback to the owner of property as location is fine and Hanuman Temple is nearby.

Good service cooperative staff the hotel is close to all necessary access such as hotels, tea junction etc.

They changed extra for checking in before time. Tv channels were not subscribed. Telephone not working in room.

So casual in approach. I booked ac room they gave non ac room, chairs are dirty. I felt i booked a wrong hotel. Am giving average because of the person who politely changed things over the phone. I don't know his name but he addressed me immediately, am a traveller i travel-led many hotels in india but fed up with this.
