This is one of the best hotel I have seen in Hyderabad in such a reasonable price. Main road connected, 24hr service, Room Service is very prompt (special thanks to Abhishek). Cafeteria available in hotel only, reasonable rates and tasty food. Overall it's a great stay in lake side room.

The hotel looks less good in real life than on the pics provided even though they claim it was recently renovated. I booked a king size bed but got the last room with twin beds. The shower was cold, the heater was working only for the sink...

Very bad customer service couldn't find booking. Then asking to pay more etc. Front reception needs more training, poor communication. Don't recommend

the staff were very good, the room was nice, but there were sparks from ac switch, which were to be changed the next day, but that was not comfortable knowing there is sparks from switch near the bed.

We arrive late night but check in is ok, Mr Abhishek done the very quick Check in experience, Rooms are nice, clean and specious.

I went there thinking it was near the airport, but it was so creepy. I was already scared, and then someone tried to unlock my door. I don't know if it was intentional or a mistake, but I decided to leave immediately. I checked out that same day, just a few hours later. Rs 1400 wasted.
