Food and Location is Good But, the ambience inside the room is not good enough. The wardrobes had only one door. The extra bed which was provided is very nasty. The property is not worthy.

The rooms are unpleasant smell and cockroaches in room washroom water is very slow and bed sheets not changed during next day need to work a lot in room management specially for corporate clients

Located at good place. Old property and need upgradation. Opening door lock was so tough that every time you need to call housekeeping staff . They charge for early check in and checkout time is 11 Am . Overall need improvement. If option is available, you can skip this property

The room is big But the TV in the room is too small. We booked MAP but they used to offer only thali. Food taste not good

Receptionist is baat ,no support,rude,room service person good ,no taste of food taste less,hight cost ,old furniture,bad smell, receptionist rude behaviour

It was an excellent stay. We came Hyderabad for the first time and this hotel experience was amazing. The staff is very very helpful. The morning buffet is very good and they have so many options to choose from. Lastly when it comes to room, it was clean and the vibe was so aesthetic. WORTH THE STAY

My check in experience was not good. Receptionist is very aggressive. Need to training on how to handel guests. Hospitality behavior is less but money collection nature was very prompt. No smiling observed on front desk. But restaurant was good. Small and compact. Within this space food spread was good. . Madam in entry point very well-known in her duty. Smiling and taking staying feedback which is basic in hospitality industry.
