    Stay was good but there is no in house restaurants which makes the experience bad. There are no slippers or toiletries provided.

    There was no one in the hotel, all the rooms were empty, still they charged an extra rs 1000. Amenities were not at all good. There was nothing in the washroom, not even soap. There was no food option in the hotel. The attitude of the receptionist was rude. And so on

    Service provided is very bad. Care taker service and behaviour is bad. Booked suite room they provided only one half litre water bottle, they don’t clean the room and do not provide basic toiletries. Paid 4500 plus taxes for a day but it is not worth more than rs. 2000-

    Cleaning ok…. But no TV and no Internet…. Every time they say some issue with Satellite TV and same dialogue all the time. The personally recharged the TV and watching. Worst experience this time.. AC also they have problem. I stayed one day with out AC and paid the full amount.
