天翁雨林水樂園 (Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada)

設施相對比較新，是一堆堆一層樓的小別墅群，酒店，水上樂園，遊樂場在一起，活動很豐富，且絕大部分活動都是免費，可以從早玩到晚。沙灘也很大，下水就可以看到珊瑚和魚群，但是比較遠，要坐擺渡車去沙灘；沙灘上也有小吃，不用擔心餓著了。帶娃度假的天堂。 另外服務非常棒，保安友好提示停車位置，前台處進門就有小姐姐給小朋友派發棒棒糖，我們早上就到了，前台也在溝通後讓我們提前入住了，水上樂園安保到位，每個項目都有安全員。

挺推薦的 雖然有點舊但是維護的還不錯 全程服務都非常好 入住期間沒有看到其他亞洲人 全包的飯衹能説不餓肚子 不要期待 玩的地方特別多特別大最好起碼住兩天 就是小孩特別多不喜歡小孩的不要考慮 唯一一個缺點是我訂的池景房但是給了我一個沒有靠近任何泳池的房間 不過應該可以跟reception要求換 但是我們當時著急去玩就懶得換了

Great resort not far from the airport where there is plenty to do for people for kids of all ages. Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap. Great service from the staff there and a really fantastic holiday!

Отдыхали в Джангле во второй раз, с 5 по 15 мая 2025г. За 2 года отель преобразился в лучшую сторону, открылись новые горки, аттракционы. Питание - всего и не перечислить, например, ребрышки на мангале, стейки из лосося, королевские креветки, кальмары, баранина во всех видах приготовления, смузи из гуавы и так можно перечислять до бесконечности... Аниматоры Настя и Элина - Вы лучшие, спасибо Вам за искреннюю вовлечённость в свою работу и подаренные нам позитивные эмоции! Отель из-за отсутствия береговой линии официально позиционируется четырехзвездочным, а по факту бесспорно является 5".

The staff around kitchen area were lovely and friendly. Life guards were very good with the children.

Отличный отель, много активностей, теплые бассейны, хорошие питание. Все очень понравилось. Если вы с детьми в Египте, то обязательно сюда.

Отель супер, очень большая территория, классные горки, много бассейнов, аттракционы супер, картинг понравился. Еда хорошая, большой и разнообразный выбор по блюдам (много мяса, была красная рыба, креветки, отличное ризотто, пицца не плохая) Слишком много людей, но на бассейнах довольно приватно. Мне не нравится, что постельное белье в пятнах и катышках, считаю это ужасным. Полотенца тоже были в пятнах. Для меня это минус. Мы заранее уточнили можно ли остаться в отеле после сдачи номера (после 12:00) нам сказали что нет проблем и можно оставаться, но в день чекаута на ресепшен сотрудник настоятельно хотел забрать карты для полотенец и говорил что все уезжайте. Но в конечном итоге мы смогли остаться и уехали вечером, когда приехал трансфер за нами

Sadly, while there were some bright spots, much of our experience left us feeling frustrated, and at times, even scammed by the way things were structured. The Good - The facilities themselves are well-maintained and visually appealing. The pools and theme park rides, when open, provided excellent entertainment for both adults and kids. - The variety of pools and slides seemed promising on paper, and when operational, they delivered an exciting experience. The Not-So-Good 1. Questionable All-Inclusive Facilities & Timings The biggest disappointment of our stay was the deliberate clash in operating times for different amenities. For instance, dinner ended abruptly at 8:30 PM, but the popcorn, doughnut, and candyfloss stalls at the theme park (especially appealing to kids) shut down only half an hour later at 9 PM. This left us scrambling to enjoy everything in the tiny time-slots available and made it nearly impossible to take full advantage of what's included. Even more frustratingly, theme park rides for adults were bizarrely restricted, with only one ride open per night as a rule. This limited options and left us wondering why the resort would restrict its own attractions. 2. Artificially Prolonged Queues Breakfast became a daily test of patience. The focus on one egg station for omelets—not even offering options like scrambled or fried eggs—created unnecessarily long lines. It often felt like the resort intentionally used these extended wait times to waste your morning, essentially cutting into the time you could use for exploring the resort’s facilities. Not ideal when you're already struggling to balance overlapping schedules! 3. Staff Attitude & Service Another major letdown was the attitude of many staff members. We found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes even outright rude. When raising questions or trying to understand how things worked, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. Customer service is key in any resort, and unfortunately, Jungle Aqua Park missed the mark on this front. - Better alignment of operating times across the resort to allow guests to enjoy all-inclusive perks without a rushed experience. - More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety. - Training the staff to prioritize customer service and handle guest inquiries more politely would greatly enhance the guest experience. While Jungle Aqua Park showed flashes of potential in terms of its facilities, the inefficiencies and poor management of schedules made it difficult to fully enjoy what was offered. What should have been a stress-free, family-friendly vacation often turned into a logistical challenge, filled with avoidable friction and unnecessary waiting. With improvements in scheduling, staff attitude, and a more guest-centered approach, this resort could truly shine. However, as it stands now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially for families looking for a relaxing time.

The Facilities of the place are amazing for all ages. Food was average but plentiful. The water temperature was just too cold to fully enjoy it, as in you always felt a little bit too cold to stay in and enjoy the pools or slides. The resort was clean even though the staff were not as friendly or helpful. We also received a below average room at first and then was swapped only the next day. It looked like they are used to switching rooms as this was a regular process for lots of guests. This is disappointing as you want to enjoy from the first day and not have to pack and unpack twice. It felt like they take a chance on guests not complaining and only once you do complain will they give you a better room.

Not many staff speak English so communication was a major problem. I was given a room with a view of construction site when I initially paid more for a batter room.
