差評，請不要上網頁圖片的當。封面圖片顯示酒店靠海，我是看到酒店相冊才下訂的，結果到酒店才發現酒店不靠海，我打開訂房網站相冊給酒店前台看，酒店説這不是他們的圖片，不關他們的事。我們要求退房，也不退。態度惡劣。 服務差，我來埃及半個月，跑了四個城市，每到一個酒店，酒店都會有服務生幫你提行李上下車，唯獨該酒店沒有。 房間設施差，枕頭都是一坨坨棉球不平，很不舒服，門都要用力才能關上，房間空調聲音特別大，吵。 中午，中央泳池有很大的音樂聲音，無法午休。 下面第一張圖片是訂房網站封面照，其他三張是酒店隔壁，被農民房和工地包圍

設施：酒店不是很大，沒有沙灘，白天上午，中午，晚上都有活動，水上跳操之類的～ 服務：前台的服務人員態度很不好，帶著蔑視和高傲（男服務員），酒店大堂酒水都可以免費常用，其他的服務還是挺好的，基本都是歐洲人，看到亞洲人房間安排在西面，下午巨晒，找他們看著像經理，當天馬上就給我換了房間，並搬運行李。 酒店餐還挺好吃的，房間內的酒水飲料吃的啥都要收費，還是歐元 這個價格性價比不是很好，兩個人一晚上差不多2000人民幣 設施：酒店玩的設設施真的很一般

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The food was good, with plenty of variety at the buffet and snack bar. The beach was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The pool and other facilities were also well-maintained. However, we would suggest adding more dedicated beach space specifically for resort guests to enhance comfort and privacy. We would like to give a special thank you to Ms. Adryana at the Reception Desk for her kind support and for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. We were especially pleased to receive our room cards promptly upon arrival. Also, sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Adel, the restaurant waiter, for his outstanding service during every visit. His friendly and attentive manner truly stood out. We highly recommend this resort for families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. تعامل ممتاز

Άνετο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, καταπληκτικό φαγητό και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει ιδιωτική παραλία με μπαρ που κάνει ωραία κοκτέιλ.
