百樂宮海灘度假酒店與水療中心 (Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa)

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

Nous avons passé un séjour correct dans cet hôtel. L’accueil et le service sont satisfaisants, et le personnel du restaurant en particulier, elsayed est particulièrement sympathique et attentionné. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était un peu moyen, il y a peut-être des améliorations à prévoir de ce côté. Globalement, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour un séjour agréable.

Mon expérience a l’hôtel Bellagio était plus que problématique ! Je suis arrivé avec ma sœur le Samedi 25 Janvier 2025, la première chambre qui nous a était donnée était insalubre, de ce fait, ils nous ont attribué une deuxième chambre … toujours insalubre. Nous avons du passé par Trip pour avoir une troisième chambre Dieu merci elle était mieux que les autres mais la chaîne de sécurité était casser et la porte en mauvaise état un coup de pied et quelqu’un s’immiscer facilement dans la nuit, c’est donc pour ça que nous avons trouvé une technique pour dormir tranquille... D’ailleurs je tiens à remercier les conseillers qui ont pu régler le problème à distance 🥲 Faite attention car il faut réserver votre table dans l’un des 4 restaurants et ça … personne vous le dit !! L’hôtel reste quand même très jolie et hyper beau, mais le manque de ménage, et le manque d’hygiène ce fait ressentir.

This hotel is advertised as a 5 star but I think 3 star would be more deserving. Best points - The pool & the Jaccazui suite room were amazing. Their spa facility and gym looked very good. Bad points - I was not given my welcome pack until the day before I checked out. The buffet food was very basic with not much flavour. All the pastries were basic and bland besides the baklava. I was told they are short staffed and have no drink when I asked room service to bring some up. The A La Carte was all pre booked so I cannot comment on how those were as I did not get the chance to try these. The drinks were watered down and not great at all. Honestly I booked it based on the room and that was the best thing. Even when they cleaned the room and changed the towels they left the plates and drinks in the room.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au sein du Bellagio, l’hôtel est à une vingtaine de minutes du centre mais avec les prix des uber c’est très accessible ! L’hôtel dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, une énorme piscine, ainsi que d’autres pour les plus petits. Des activités sont présentes chaque jour. Les repas sont divers et variés, mais reste quand même très gras, il faut un peu de temps au ventre pour s’y habituer ! Nous avons eu un incident électrique dans notre bungalow et nous avons été surclassé en chambre avec jaccuzi sans frais supplémentaires. Merci à la réception pour ce geste ! Juste un point négatif, le gérant de la boutique de produits cosmétiques près de la piscine est un escroc, il ne donne jamais les même prix, un coup 10€ puis le lendemain 25€. Pour une crème hydratante acheté à la petite boutique proche de la réception c’était 5€ et lui a voulu nous la vendre à 25€ alors qu’il s’agit exactement de la même ! Et nous avons eu la meme expérience avec lui pour un bracelet vendu 1€ qu’il a voulu nous vendre 5€ ! Un conseil n’achetez rien à cette personne qui est juste malhonnête, allez plutôt à la boutique de la réception ou aux magasin 3 pyramides à côté ! Un petit point négatif aussi sur les nuisances commises par les enfants dans la piscine c’est horrible, ils jouent avec leur ballons et des personnes se prennent des balles dans la tête, ils éclaboussent tout le monde, les maîtres nageurs bien que très gentil ne disent absolument rien, on est obligés d’intervenir nous même pour calmer les enfants, il faudrait créé un espace pour les jeux de ballons ça permettrait aux personnes désirant le calme de se reposer ! Sinon l’hôtel est top ! Tout est présent pour passer de super vacances !

Hotel is nice, room big and comfortable. Food and drinks really good and amazing cafe with cookies. Staff really nice. Beach good for kitesurfing. Price that we get Was law for this standards. But..... My disapointet Was that we extra pay for room see view. We get 1176 at 1 st floor that in our opinion is pool view - sorry maybe from second floor is better. This is the reason why I dont want to give 5 stars ......

Ottima esperienza in questo resort che consiglierei a chiunque : nonostante fossimo una coppia giovane e il resort è anche per famiglie non abbiamo mai avvertito questa cosa e ci siamo potuti rilassare senza alcuno stress! Stanza bellissima e super pulita, vari ristoranti e bar dove si mangia bene( la formula all inclusive è davvero perfetta !), Professionalitá e gentilezza di tutto il personale( davvero grazie dal primo all'ultimo!!), e anche del servizio animazione ( mai invadenti , tutti simpatici e coinvolgenti!!! ). Piscine con idromassaggio, spiaggia con mare super pulito , cosa chiedere di più ? Davvero una piacevolissima scoperta ad hurghada ! Grazie ancora e speriamo a presto !!!

All things was right clean food sight pool aqua park beach bar sweets ... except for reservition
