房間可以設施很新但是餐廳不敢恭維，服務員都是愛答不理的，對白人倒是挺勤快的，酒店離市區有半小時車程，

酒店的服務員非常風趣友好，Lounge 二樓和一樓咖啡廳的咖啡師的咖啡非常棒。是一段非常精彩的旅程。

Незабываемый отдых! Второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле и не последний. В этот отель хочется возвращаться. Все новое. Шикарная и большая территория с красивыми цветными фонтанами. Пляж с прекрасным песчаным входом в море. Обслуживание на высшем уровне, постоянно подходят и спрашивают все ли устраивает, нужно ли чем-то помочь? В отеле чувствуешь себя, как дома, уютно и комфортно, тебе тут все рады и помнят, что ты посещал их отель. По вечерам прекрасные музыкальные шоу, после которых дискотека с милыми антматорами, которые развлекают так, что хочется посещать все мероприятия с ними. Спасибо большое чудесному отелю Al Kasr, а также прекрасным людям встречающим нас на ресепшене, официантам, поварам, уборщикам, аниматорам, спасателям….обязательно вернемся сюда ещё много раз! 💕💕💕🌞🌞🌞💋💋💋

Voyage très fair rapport qualité-prix avec de multiples restaurants inclus dans all inclusive. Resort moderne car tout neuf, personnel souriant, nourriture (hors buffets) et resto / café vienna, asiatique/libanais très qualitatifs. Les jus du vitamin bar étaient excellents. En espérant que cela reste comme cela.

Грандиозная архитектура в стиле восточного дворца, красивые виды, вкусная кухня высокого уровня, старательный персонал, все новое, чистое, очень ухоженное. На ресепш встречает гостеприимный персонал с желанием помочь и ответить вашим просьбам. Далее перед вами открывается большая территория с великолепными бассейнами, интересными архитектурными решениями, ухоженной территорией. Если вы любите тихую роскошь, уединение, эстетику в деталях, то вам сюда.

A stunning new hotel with fairy-tale Arabian architecture — it truly feels like a palace. The service is exceptional: polite staff, spotless cleanliness, and housekeeping always on time. Food: The à la carte Lebanese and Asian restaurants are incredibly delicious — and you can book them every single day. Snack bars serve generous made-to-order portions, and the Viennese café offers great coffee and desserts all day. Beach: Beautiful soft sand with a gentle entry into the sea. Cons: Pools aren't heated, so winter swimming is difficult. No wind protection on the beach. Not much to do with children. Extra touch: We stayed 3 days — after checkout, they let us keep our bracelets and stay on the property until our flight. Verdict: Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation. The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads. We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services. Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage. The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request. There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic. The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos. There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco. Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return.

Отельпросто шикарен! Территория огромная, ухоженная и очень красивая - просто райский уголок. Здесь несколько бассейнов, вокруг них удобные шезлонги, много зелени, а главное - куча баров прямо у воды. Можно целый день не выходить из режима "all inclusive": плаваешь, тут же берешь напитки, перекусываешь - красота! Пляж тоже отличный, чистый, с удобным заходом в море. Номер порадовал не меньше: очень просторный, светлый, продуманный до мелочей. Отдельный восторг - гардеробная комната! Огромный плюс, когда можно разложить все вещи и чувствовать себя как дома, только в тысячу раз лучше. Все супер понравилось! Обязательно вернемся еще.

Отель отличный, ультра все включено. были зимой, середина января, не долго -вау эффект испытал, и, когда уезжали, то вау эффект еще не прошел. Местоположение: расположен в бухте сахл хашиш, в зоне, где ветра’ не дуют особо зимой - это оч большой плюс для зимнего отдыха. Огромный проминад в сахл хашиш (километров 10…) Очень красивая архитектура зданий (!!!) Балкон ресепшена вообще потрясает своим величием - ощущение, что попал в «египетский дворец» на горе. Просто можно сидеть и любоваться только видами в отеле. Все новое. Все начищенное - номера и территория. Персонал очень обходительный. Во всем помогают и искренне вам рады. Отель только запускается (на момент январь 2026 года) от того команда еще очень заряженная. Еда такая вкусная и разнообразная, что было вообще сложно оторваться от тарелки. Испытание вкусной едой было (когда хочется все попробовать, а уже физически не можешь кушать). Команда поваров отличная. Есть Аля-Кард рестораны - итальянский и восточный. Теплые бассейны были только вдоль зданий (они для номеров первого этажа с пометкой swim-up), но отель запускался только, поэтому мы там плавали, где пустые номера были. Какое удовольствие сидеть в теплом бассейне! Лежаки классные есть -мягкие и с крышей. Есть спорт зал новый и классный. Везде встречают человек тебя для этой зоны выделенный. Будь то в спорт зале тренер/инструктор, и даже в туалете на ресепшене и в ресторанах :) У лежакам ходят официанты спрашивают, что принести. Есть фонтан поющий и клуб на территории. Пляж песчаный , есть кораллы. У нас был вау эффект от отеля, но все же если «сухо» и по фактам смотреть на вещи, то я бы выделил несколько моментов, что меня смутили в недоконца запущенном отеле (Это мелочи, но скидка 50% за счёт этого- не 400$/ночь, а 200$/ночь стоила): 1) строительные работы идут на территории. 2) нет детского клуба. (Обещан, но видимо в проекте только). 3) слабоватая анимация. Я аниматоров видел только на вечерней анимации, когда артисты выступают :)) в отеле не заметил, чтобы они какую-то активность вели (но , полагаю, что я не заметил их) 4) вечерняя анимация тоже так себе. (Шоу это не назовешь), но персонал и местные аниматоры все же стараются скрасить это. 5) фонтаны «пели» одними и теме же треками и довольно громко. Мешало даже. Но это мелочи все, отель- восторг!
