精英海天酒店 (Elite Sea Sky Hotel)

離海邊很近，海景和花園房，在窗邊就能看到藍色的大海，酒店的工作人員服務態度很好，我晚上洗完衣服後還幫我送到樓頂去晒乾，第二天還給我拿回來，乾淨，衞生，整體不錯

Das Hotel teilt sich das hauptgebäude die Anlage und den Strand mit dem Cecilia Resort. Zimmer sind sauber ganz OK aber einiges kaputt.personal war freundlich und es ist für Ägypten einigermaßen sauber. Strand und liegen sind gut .aber man darf sich nicht umschauen müll und Ruinen .....also keine Anlage für Genießer....

Super séjour dans cet établissement. Personnel très sympathique, en particulier Monsieur GALAL qui par son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, a rendu mon voyage fort agréable. Hôtel très propre, piscine et plage entretenues. Manque cependant la wifi. C’est sur, j’y retournerai. Norbert

My experience at this hotel was the worst experience of my life. I booked two nights everything seemed fine at first. My reservation was supposed to include breakfast and dinner, but when I went for breakfast on the first morning, they denied me service. I could understand missing dinner since I arrived after midnight, but being refused breakfast was unacceptable. After that, I tried to find food nearby, only to realize the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. I walked for an hour without finding any place to eat. I even asked the hotel if they could sell me something, and they refused. So I had to wait until dinner time to finally eat. But that wasn’t the only problem the power went out on the first day from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. I tried going to the pool, but the water was green. Later, I went to my room to take a shower. When I used the toilet, I discovered there was no water, and after that, it stopped working completely. When I tried to take a shower, I got electrocuted every time I touched the shower handle even using a towel didn’t help. It was honestly a nightmare. I couldn’t shower for two days, and when I went to the reception, the lady pretended not to understand English, even when I used a translation app. The staff needs to learn what customer service means. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing was the large bed, but even the TV wasn’t a smart TV. Also, the staff didn’t seem to understand how prepaid reservations work they even asked me for payment proof. Another thing I noticed is that the hotel has around 200 rooms but almost no guests. I didn’t see anyone else during my stay.
