住了六天,對酒店滿意。所以除了服務之外都是五分。我給服務打2分。原因:對前台的態度和收銀台的做法非常不專業。1: 入住時,前台漏掉了游泳毛巾卡給我們,以導致退房時反覆被盤問落在哪裡?2:check out 環節明明結賬洗衣費370埃及鎊,刷卡時故意寫成570埃及鎊,被我發現,再三堅持最後出示單據才付了370解決。這點體驗在五星級酒店發生,非常不好。3:臨走時我先生墨鏡遺忘在餐廳,餐廳説交給前台,而前台説並沒有!最後也沒有結果。我們趕飛機衹能被迫離開。總之,酒店是很好的環境房間空間陽台餐飲都很滿意,衹是對極個別人的印象不佳。雖然離開時不愉快,但是還是不影響我對酒店整體形象的印象。謝謝酒店服務員每天走很遠給我們取卡布奇諾咖啡,雖然忘記問他的名字,但是我會永遠感謝他的真誠付出!

6 stars because 5 is simply not enough. We stayed as a family of four and left genuinely moved. The Grand Resort Hurghada gets everything right, but it is the people who make it truly unforgettable. The beach is clean and well-kept soft sand, smooth pebbles, calm and crystal-clear water. Never overcrowded. Beach staff quietly appeared with drinks and snacks before you even thought to ask. The dual-bracelet access to the Grand Hotel seafront was a lovely bonus we made the most of every day. The food is outstanding — more than 7 restaurants and bars, a la carte dining with reservation, and a seriously impressive spread of Egyptian, Lebanese, Japanese, Asian and international cuisine. Fresh, varied, and well presented every single time. The grounds are lush and immaculately kept. Peaceful pathways, palms, flowers everywhere. Spotlessly clean throughout. Our room overlooked the pool and gardens and we woke each morning to birds singing. The room itself had lovely small touches robes, quality toiletries, disposable flip-flops, and a small welcome loaf that genuinely made us smile. The team is where this resort truly stands apart. GM Mostafa Nassar sets a standard of warmth that flows through every single member of staff. Chef Joseph and Chef Farouk run the kitchens brilliantly. Hany at the lobby welcomed us every time like he had been waiting just for us. To the housekeeping team, the luggage staff, and everyone who brought food and drinks to our room every small gesture felt genuinely big, and none of it went unnoticed. This is not just a five-star resort. It is the kind of place that reminds you what hospitality actually means.

The Grand Resort staff make us feel like at home. Everyone was absolutely amazing. especially the guest Realtion Mohamed Taha and bar staff like Mostafa Eltaher Bars managers Hany Makram and Mostaf Mohamed and front desk staff Mr Ahmed and Akram We are coming back soon with more members of our family.

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly, the restaurant food was very good and there are different types everyday and tgere is station even for children but the only issue that the room wasn't like the picture even the building they were very old and antique and we faced some problems even we were trapped in the elevator for about 40 mins as it was very old until they fixed it but we will visit again next year i tgink but we will insist to stay in the new building

Over all the experience was fine however i think there is chance of improvement that can take the hotel to totally new level. Negative feedback: Rooms needs to be renewed for real and make it matching more with modern rooms, room have clear smell of old rotten clothes, but room service was still doing amazing job on cleaning the room and make it smell better , but once the air fragrance is done room smell back again, I don’t recommend first floor in the center for families with kids as literally so noisy and can keep hearing people keep going and coming and can wake up your baby, but i can only blame myself as i choose to be in center. The pools is nice but the Island resturant requests operations is weird Its called pool restaurant at the same time they ask you not to come wet and dont come from pool side directly to the restaurant!!! So why your making a ladder directly from pool to restaurant then ask guests not to use and go all around to to to the restaurant. I had an emergency and wanted the clinic as my son finger was hurt and went there and it was closed and not working with no time or schudele added in the door Lucky for me the resturant manager behind the clinic helped me out and got me some stuff to solve issue Thanks Mr Ahmed along with the pool boy. Positive feedback: Best service ever everywhere specially at the main restaurant i even went to best hotels in Egypt before didn’t get an amazing services like this, every one of the stuff literally helping from the heart and makes you feel welcomed Keep up the amazing work and work the negative feedback definitely would come back and next will be 10 out of 10 enshallah
