惠州花樣年華海景轟趴別墅酒店（華潤小徑灣店） (Huizhou Huarun Trail Bay Sea View Villa Hotel)

房間很大，提供了一次性浴巾，有廚房可以自己煮海鮮，院子裡可以燒烤，還帶了一個小泳池。但房間設施一般，沙發邊、床頭都沒有電源插座，床墊很硬，點歌機的歌比較老，還把一次性電池充電循環用很危險。

設施：還算過得去 ，出門就是海，就是國慶價格有點高； 環境：外面的人比較多，如果説淡季的話，走走看看海應該還挺舒服的。

前臺小青服務同全態度和善，房間免費升級空間足夠寬廣還有露臺，海景簡直無敵海天一色達人海合一境界，位置適中購物方便離海灘很近，下次會再來試試騎行風景。

房間和圖片一樣乾淨，服務也很周到，辦理完入住，馬上會有管家，發周邊設施定位導航，很貼心！公寓小區內環境也很好，安靜不吵，距離海邊從小區後門出去就是！

Для нашей семьи (2 взрослых и ребенок 4 года) это самый лучший отель на побережье, приезжаем уже не первый раз. Красивая ухоженная территория, пляж в шаговой доступности. Рядом кафе и рестораны, не большие магазины. Если брать номер с видом на море, то это настоящий релакс :)

I’ve stayed in Park Lane Harbour before, and many of the privately owned apartments I’ve rented in the past have offered amazing service and comfort. Unfortunately, this recent experience fell far below that standard. From the moment I arrived, the service felt disorganized and unprofessional. Instead of being guided properly, I was told to hop on the back of a staff member’s scooter and taken on a bumpy, underground ride to my apartment. It was unsafe and uncomfortable—and completely inappropriate had I been traveling with family. After an 8-hour journey, I arrived to find no fabric towels—only thin disposable ones that resembled toilet paper. I had to request proper towels to be brought to the room. The bathroom had a strong odor of urine, the shower door wouldn’t close, and the toilet paper provided was minimal. I flagged these issues, but due to evening plans, asked for them to be addressed the next day. To my shock, I was woken at 11:15 PM by two men pounding on my door, insisting they needed to inspect the shower. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The apartment itself was outdated, with an uncomfortable bed and old furniture. Aside from the nice view, there’s little this hotel offers to justify a return. Compared to the excellent service I’ve had at other privately owned places in the area, this was a real disappointment. I would not stay here again.

房間設施完善，幾天裡都比較冷，服務員還過來幫我把空調的暖風打開了，非常舒服。離沙灘近，沙灘的活動多。吃的東西也非常豐富。

臨時預訂入住兩晚，非常貼心的安排了海景房，一線無敵海景。小區位於華潤小徑灣，小區門口有保安值崗，安全有保障。房間和陽台都非常寬敞，浴室配備全套洗浴備品，還有一次性浴巾，安靜衞生。陽台可以直接看到無敵海景，去海邊也很近，隔壁有華潤的商業包括星巴克麥當勞，管家還貼心準備了周圍吃喝玩樂的攻略。 正值新年，還看到了煙花，非常完美的入住體驗！
