當天度過了非常糟糕的一天，下大雨被困在半路，在路上臨時預訂了這家酒店，到達後意外的被升級了房間，工作人員都非常友好，房間也超級棒，終於飽餐一頓，給糟糕的一天添上了一個過於完美的收尾，下次有機會去越南，會選一個好的天氣再回來住的:） 非常感謝前台小姐姐/大堂經理小姐姐的幫助🙏🏼

初めての水上コテージ スタッフの方々のお心遣い お部屋は天井も高く目晴らしも良くて ゆっくり過ごすことが出來ました。30分無料のマッサージも大満足です。朝食も品數が多くて美味しかったです。 またこちらにゆっくり泊まりたいと思います。

여행중 내내 비 오는것은 빼더라도 호텔 시설이 낙후되어있음. 현대식 리조트는 아님. 아침에 자고 일어났는데 팔뚝만한 쥐가 문앞에 죽어있었음. 직원들은 친절함.

It was the most relaxing holiday for me. Everything from airport pick up until the day I checked out went smoothly. Thanh was the best driver and made sure we arrived at the hotel and airport safely. Ms. Cristy was amazing! If you come to this resort, you can message her anytime and she will reply to you quickly. She is very caring and attentive to all your needs. Breakfast had a lot of options and it was really yummy. Ms. Cristy even had take away breakfast prepared for us because we went to the airport early. Everyone at Vedana were so nice and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The room I had was so relaxing. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset and go swimming while looking over the lake. You can even choose what colour you like your pool to be! If you come to Vedana, don't miss out on the free massages and try their room service menu. I also tried the floating breakfast and it was perfect. You can order as much food as you want. The lady who gave me the massage was very good. I didn't get her name but she was amazing! There are also restaurants just outside the gate if you're looking for seafood. They also offer free transportation to go to Hue City. My second day at Vedana was birthday. They really made me feel special. Everyone knew it was my birthday. Ms. Cristy prepared a birthday cake for me during breakfast and even invited me out for dinner. She works really hard to make sure all the guests are happy. Thank you Ms. Cristy, Thanh and all the staff at Vedana. My experience there makes me want to come back again!

I loved this place. It’s the perfect paradise. I got a hillside pool villa and got lucky with one that is very hidden and with some of the best views in the resort. I travel a lot for work and leisure and am lucky to stay in some beautiful places but I really really cherished my experience here - never had I felt so free and calm. Taking walks around the resort was also a joy. I was so happy there I never left the hotel, except when the very kind and amazing general manager, Christy, kindly took me out to dinner at a place right outside the hotel. She is a machine and never switches off, catering to every whim via WhatsApp. I’m so grateful to her and so happy whenever I think about my time there. Can’t wait to go back.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich toll. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, persönlich und es wird alles getan, dass man einen fantastischen Aufenthalt hat. Das Frühstück hat uns besonders gefallen und es gab eine tolle Auswahl. Beim Mittag- und Abendessen gab es auch eine gute vegetarische Auswahl, wir waren von den vegetarischen Gerichten geschmacklich aber weniger begeistert als von den restlichen. Die in der Buchung inbegriffene Kopfhautmassage (30 Minuten) war super. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.
