We booked the street view room but we were given a room at the lowest floor with view of wall of other buildings. The front desk manager kept on saying the hotel is fully booked with no other rooms available. But our friends booked through hotel directly were given a room at higher floor with nice view. Very disappointed of booking through 訂房網站.

The location is located near Vincom and walking street with walking distance the room decoration is lovely with an elegant bathtub, I feel like a princess living there, the breakfast buffet is various and scrumptious.

Great hotel very close to Vincom Plaza Hue. Classic hotel feel, clean and updated bathroom and furniture. Excellent friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast.
