花蓮嵐海民宿 (WM and S Hostel)

非常糟糕的體驗，入住時間沒有人員服務，對於住宿的位置跟服務完全得不到資訊，最糟糕的是房間的密碼鎖完全不能使用，飯店人員也不會立即給予回覆，抵達後花了半小時，一直進不到房間內，說明不清楚，害我要一樓三樓來回跑，甚至不知道他們有兩座樓梯，完全沒有提供任何物品跟服務，公共浴室環境不太衛生，我隨便沖洗就一大片（約10*10公分）的汙漬掉落，似乎其他房客傾向把門打開，不然從外頭無法進入房間，整晚一直有人企圖關掉冷氣，但上鋪卻熱到不行，最後我是流著汗醒來的。飯店位置很不方便，附近什麼都沒有，如果你不是開車很難到達，如果你開車了，附近都是鄰居也會趕你離開，附近完全沒有明確的停車格，生活機能也不好，頂樓也不像照片那樣可以休息看風景，就是普通公寓的頂樓而已，也沒有桌椅，個人完全不推薦。店家留下的line跟手機電話各有兩個，指示不太清晰。

Es war richtig toll! Der Gastgeber David ist so lieb und unterstützt einen so gut beim Insel kennen lernen und allen Fragen die man hat. Man kann sich einen Roller ausleihen (auch e-Roller ohne Führerschein) und die Insel erkunden. Es war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand alles! Ich komme gerne wieder hier her.

It's clean, it's close to the train station, where you can rent a scooter to explore Taroko National Park, also have a gas station next door to refill your scooter and you are next to the main road to go to the National Park. There is enough stuff to cook yourself something. Communication with the landlord on self check-in went well and I could check-in earlier because my bed was free, actually I was the only guest in the dorm on my first of two nights. It was calm and the entire hostel & bathroom was very clean. I liked, that you can buy razors, one-way towels, toothbrush kit for a small fee, even if I didn't need it. The only downside, and that's why I gave it -3 stars in amenity was, that the mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a bit of strange moisture smell, but I could get used to it quickly. If there would be a thicker, less hard mattress, that place would get total points. On the back door / balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. (The picture attached is taken from the road, but if you crop the lower half, it's what you see)
