前台服務以及整個的管理團隊非常爛！我在很早之前就定了這家酒店，因為休斯頓有大型演唱會害怕難定。演出開始前一個月看到價格下來了取消重新定了（這也合情合理）。後來當天飛機延誤了，導致我們凌晨1點才去check in，酒店前台查看了我們的訂單號，一開始説找不到，到後來説我們自己取消了，一直不讓入住。好在有訂房網站客服幫忙，瞭解下來：我們定的價格太便宜，其他入住的客人一晚上付了300🔪而我們衹付了200🔪，甚至其言今天沒有多餘的房間。我們再問他重新定多少錢，他又説需要付款500🔪。真是前後矛盾。 更可笑的是，在我們焦頭爛額在大堂等待之際，他聯繫經理後又説可以幫我們安排雙床房，一進去之後亂七八糟根本沒理過（圖1）。我們拎著行李後返回前台反應情況後，説可以幫我們看看有沒有今晚客人沒來的vip房間，安排後發現竟然就是我們原本定的大床房，沒有任何變化……（圖2、3）一通操作，我們本來想換酒店的，也是被折磨得累得半死就這樣了。 不過還是很感謝訂房網站一直很耐心地幫我們聯繫酒店、查看附近可以入住的酒店😭下次還用訂房網站！

First time going to Houston and Blossom Hotel was the best choice, you can go to the NRG Stadium by foot, also to Hermann park, it’s very convenient and the services is impecable it’s excellent, I’ll be coming back to Houston and hopefully to Blossom Hotel too

Our room didn't get serviced satisfactorily during our stay.  Beds were not made; used washcloth left in the shower;  towels, washcloths not replenished.

The room was very spacious not small plenty of room for me and my teenager son. He loved the options that room service offered and the amenities. I will be looking fwd to book this place for our future Houston concerts.

Beautiful hotel with quick access to the medical center. The shower is amazing after a long day and the room lighting is probably some of the best lighting I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Everything was nice, just the phone in the room never worked, bathroom cabinet was broken and the towels were got at the beginning of our stay had a disgusting stain on them.

酒店設施環境以及房間基本滿意. 一次非常差的早餐經歷. 化18美元及18%小費衹能買到母指大小的6個dim sum, 同樣的18美元美式早餐有一大盤，一人根本吃不完. 覺得被很很地割了一把韭菜. 不期望能有多好吃，但這小小的六個dim sum收取18美元實在覺得收割了同胞.

We only stayed one night for a concert at MFAH and enjoyed our stay at the Blossom. Super friendly and engaging staff, beautiful large room and other amenities. We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Houston.
