休斯頓北 I-45 郊區套房酒店 (Suburban Studios Houston North I-45)

Wasn't too happy with the way the property was. Upon arrival my room was not ready and had to wait almost an hour! But what was worse os the way the property had all those people hanging around as if I was on a corner block. Workers way too friendly with the visitors which made it very unprofessional. In other words they were just as ghetto as the people hanging around on the property! Wont br returning anytime soon im sure!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I checked in shortly after 8:00 a.m. and greeted the front desk associate with a "Good morning" before explaining that I was there to check in. Without asking for my name or reservation details, I was immediately told that check-in was not available. Only after I explained that I had reserved the room for the previous day specifically so I could arrive early the next morning—as confirmed when I booked—did she look up my reservation. As I walked to my room, I noticed a strong odor in the hallway. The room itself appeared worn and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the countertops, the bathroom did not feel clean or inviting, and the overall condition of the property gave an unsafe and neglected impression. During the afternoon, the property was very noisy, with children running and shouting through the hallways. The swimming pool was green with algae and clearly not in a condition that appeared safe for use. Overall, this property felt more like an extended-stay apartment complex than a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it to travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and professionally managed place to stay.
