Muy mala experiencia, el hotel es muy diferente de la realidad. Habitación 222 Las fotos de referencia son solo fachada, porque cuando llegas a la habitación es vieja, las paredes a punto de caerse, el baño con mobiliario viejo y desgastado, la tina terrible. Adicional nos quedamos dos noches y no hicieron limpieza a la habitación por lo cual nos tocó cambiarnos de habitación a media noche cuando llegamos. La nueva habitación 137 era muy diferente, vieja pero por lo menos un poco más limpia. El desayuno terrible, unos cereales mal presentados, un ponque que sobró y una fruta relegada. En conclusión nada de disponibilidad de elementos para desayunar. Servicio al cliente muy regular, no entendían español y solo se limitaban a entregar las hojas de ingreso y no más, nada de atención al público. Claramente nunca me volvería a quedar en un sitio así y deberían ser claro que se trata de un hotel de paso no de descanso como se muestra en las fotos y referencia.

房間太臟了，好多蟲子，維護得也很差，開房辦理手續也很慢，還給了我們錯的房型。最後安排的2樓房間，電梯竟然還停了，搬行李上樓的。

My stay was awful. There were roaches, and spiders, the microwave was dirty.The shower curtain was dirty. I went down to ask the  clerk to change the microwave, the clerk was very rude. So the next day I went to the clerk and asked the other clerk he was nice and he did replace the microwave.

We I got to my room the smell was so strong, the streets were stained. The were roachs not as many as my last visit shower curtain was dirty. But the service clerk was very professional and nice.

Wir hatten viele eklige Käfer im Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein anders Zimmer gezeigt. Dort das gleiche. Wir haben daraufhin ein anderes Hotel aufgesucht.

1. Our hotel door looked like it had been kicked in at one point. There was a large gap in the bottom of the door. 2. The pillows, towels, and walls had stains on them. 3. The dining table in our room had crusted food stuck to it. 4. The only breakfast offered was Cheerios, packages muffins, and apples. Very sad breakfast.

Hotel staff was rude called 911 and lied and said I left kids for 5 days and I was only checked in for 2 on top of saying the kids was outside they was nowhere on camera being outside then the next day they tell me to check out cause they got caught making false allegations
