非常糟糕的入住體驗，前台服務差，房間淋浴還是壞的。另外氣人的是按金的退還，4月22日入住的酒店，入住時付款了117.2美金的按金一間房，共4間房。（當時前台説按金是50美金，不知為何多扣），現已經一個月了，還未退還按金。發了3封郵件給酒店，衹得到一封回覆：查不到入住的客人名字。再把訂單號等訊息給對方後，就完全沒有回信了。

Amazing location, few mins away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks which has it all and this hotel has a 4-5 floor parking garage, which is amazing. You can just take the elevator directly to the lobby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are cleand and up to date, rooms are spacious. Really worth the money you pay. I will definitely not look for another place for this price. Breakfast is simple yet plenty for a home stay type facility and everything was fresh.

While the room was spacious enough to accommodate a family of three comfortably, the overall experience was severely marred by outdated facilities and inadequate service. Faulty Shower and hair dryer: The shower in the room was broken, and it was evident that no prior maintenance check had been conducted. Poor Front Desk Response:At around 9 PM, I called the front desk to report the issue. The staff responded dismissively, only stating they would "send someone to check."After waiting 20 minutes with no action, I had to personally visit the front desk to escalate the matter. Inefficient Resolution:The maintenance worker arrived but confirmed the shower could not be repaired, necessitating a room change. Despite my exhaustion after a long-haul flight, I was instructed to pack all my belongings and return to the front desk to complete the room-swap paperwork—this at nearly 11 PM. Frustrated, I demanded that the new room key be delivered to me, as I was in no state to shuttle back and forth.
