    Very bad behavior in resepsations mineral bottle actually price is all over india 20- but there price is same mineral bottle price is 40- i will paid and other hotels provided 01 bottle free of cost. 01 dress washing+iran

    There is no one to lift your ludgage after to wait 10 mnts i carried it in my room. My entire night was wasted due to mosquitos, there were cockroaches in the washroom. After that when i call room service there is no slippers. In the morning they are taking charges of the water bottle 40 rps whose mrp was just 15. Totally its was a mess of my time and my money.

    Hotel room was clean but the bathroom was not, even the towels were dirty. Moreover, packaged item were charged more than the mrp plus taxes extra. Overall it felt little expensive as per the room and services offered.

    Stay was good but amenities are missing like complimentary water bottle, no kettle and tea making facility, moisturiser are missing in bathrooms. Apart from it they served breakfast but no buffet.

    If you book, they provide you the worst room, not even basic amenities, sanitary issues in washroom, no coffee pouch/tea bags, no electric kettle in 6° of chilling winters, geyser issues and when you ask these things manager says "these things doesn't come under this category booking".

    The hotel is old, overpriced and worn off. Breakfast buffet is useless, they were expected to have fruits at breakfast but there were no fruits claiming that supply has not arrived. Internet is slow.

    Location was convenient as the hotel was located in the heart of the city. The amenities were horrible

    Hotel is near to the railway station. Hotel ambience specially reception area is beautiful. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Room service is very good. Restaurant where morning breakfast is served is also good. Only number of dishes served in breakfast menu need to be enhanced. All' in all good to have stayed in this hotel. Would like to stay again.
